Background Jobs

Background Jobs can be fired automatically(configured in the metafile) or manually.
Background Jobs Types:
- Notification: will fire an notification sms or email at determinated time.
- Calendar Alert: will create custom alerts on calendar(used in ProjectTasks module)
- Assign To Project Directory: will add new user to project list if is not assinged (used in ProjectTasks module)
